Element requires a minimum of two contingency plans prior to every trip.
Beginning 30 days from the first departure, Element Aviation is in contact with our aircraft partners to determine availability needs in the event one is needed and the days prior to departure, we have a understanding of where the closest replacement aircraft is to ensure a quick response time. We also coordinate with our teams in advance to determine alternate airports and contingency preferences in the event one is required.
When an unforeseen interruption takes place, our onsite employee will work directly with the team to review all contingency options and determine the best plan forward. If a replacement aircraft is required, Element Aviation will dispatch the nearest aircraft available.
